What is rural subdivision?
Rural subdivision is the act of dividing land from your property into one or more parcels or changing existing boundary locations.
Why subdivide?
You can design a rural subdivision to release cash without compromising the efficient operation of the remainder of the farm. Many farms have a number of titles which can be restructured to address your immediate goals and provide for the future. Rural subdivision is also an excellent opportunity to review the environmental impacts of intensive farming or changes in land use without the need for separate future consents.
How we help...
We have rural backgrounds and understand the needs of rural landowners. You’ll get your subdivision completed on time and to budget or you’ll get it for free. Plus, we're land surveyors... we love mud and jump at any excuse to pull on our gumboots.
Excellent, efficient and friendly service all through, making our subdivision process very straightforward. We can thoroughly recommend The Surveying Company
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Had a great experience with Seamus, made my subdivision process very smooth and simple. Very professional service and very easy to deal with. Also helped me get an exemption from the $12K contribution payment to Hastings Council!I'm a very satisfied customer!
Nick was a great help and support throughout the subdivision process. Always quick to respond to calls and collaborated well to chase up subcontractors with me as required. Would thoroughly recommend Nick and the team at The Surveying Company to any future potential clients.
