What is residential subdivision?
Residential subdivision is the act of dividing land in urban areas into sections that are easy to sell or develop. Demand for land in cities and towns is high, so if you have a large section, it may be possible to subdivide it into two or more parts.
Why subdivide?
Residential subdivision creates a new land asset. You can sell the land and retain your own portion and property. Alternatively, you can develop the section that has been subdivided off. Residential subdivision is a great way to convert fixed assets into cash.

Nick Wakefield did a great job through a difficult time with COVID and everything that went with it. There were many delays with the project outside of Nick's control. A project that should have taken months took years, but Nick continued to steer the project and followed up when he could.
