Ash has rejoined us after having a sabbatical in Portugal and Wales for the last year. What these two countries have in common is your guess, but we were very pleased to see her return and take up her old role as a Draftsperson. She is one of our longest employees joining us when she was just over 12 years old, or that’s how it felt at the time. She was very young.
Ash was living in a small town in Portugal which is very famous for big wave surfing, so we suspect that she got caught in a rip that deposited her in Wales. It must have been a long board as her husband and two children joined her. Happily, she has not forgotten her old talents for drafting and is ready to present your life plans to local authorities on the best possible wave.

Nick Wakefield did a great job through a difficult time with COVID and everything that went with it. There were many delays with the project outside of Nick’s control. A project that should have taken months took years, but Nick continued to steer the project and followed up when he could.

The exercise was both a pleasant and positive experience with their approach always professional – relatable, open and obliging and communications, timely and comprehensive.
From the outset Nick and staff were very approachable and professional. The process of subdividing was clearly explained and all costs laid out before starting so there were no surprises.
